Stanzen Toyotetsu India Pvt Ltd. Started on October 23rd 1998 with
the Joint Venture agreement signed between Toyoda Iron Works Company Limited, Japan,
Stanzen Techno Private Limited, Bangalore and Toyota Tsusho Corporation, Japan.
The construction of the factory started in November 1998 and was completed on 30th
November 1999 in a record time of Eight months. Stanzen Toyotetsu India Pvt. Ltd
(STTI) is situated in Toyota Techno Park India strategically located in Bidadi Industrial
Area. The company started its operation with a building area covering 3800Sqm.
In November 1999, STTI started manufacturing the components of Toyota Quails to Toyota
Kirloskar Motors Limited. The line off for Quails was in December 1999. During
1999 the company implemented full scale of Toyota Production System. In January
2003, we started the production of components for Corolla sedan. In February 2005,
the Innova was globally launched in 7 countries, which India being one of them.
The Innova is based on the IMV platform which the Fortuner SUV and Hilux Vigo pickup
as its sisters. The plant underwent a major expansion and built-up area was increased
by 7200Sqm. To a total of 11048Sqm. We supply a total of 234 parts like Frame, Press
and assembly components to our customers. We are currently engaged in the Innova,
Corolla Altis, Fortuner and Etios projects.
